and they are opened the following day at 10am. You are permitted to be
at the opening if you wish. Bids for homes on the Extended listing are
opened daily at 3:00PM You can bid on houses on the extended listing
today and your bid will be opened at 3pm today (Monday to Friday)
Sales of $50,000 or less require an ernest money deposit of $500. Sales
of over $50,000. require an ernest money deposit of $1000.
