Locating a home


When you know what you want to pay and how you are going to pay for it, it is time to choose your home out of thousands available in Camden, Burlington, Mercer and Gloucester counties.

 If you already have your eye on a home - great. I can help you work out the offer details and present it to the seller or the seller's agent. If an agreement is reached you and the seller will sign the contract and I will help you through the financing process.

 If you are still searching for a home that meets your needs, I can make it easy by searching through my huge database of homes. Tell me about the house you wish to buy. The price range, location, number of bedrooms and style would be a good start.  This will allow me to search  my database containing thousands homes for sale in the 4-county area.  I can usually narrow that  list down to manageable size and have the results to you within a few minutes. My database is updated at least once a day. Enter your requirements  here  by e-mail.

 If you  notice a house for sale either by owner or through a broker and would like more information about it let me know. If it is by owner note the address and phone number. If it is listed, note the address or MLS number. This is all I need to obtain additional information for you. If there is no address or MLS number I can, in most cases, find the address for you using the info in the advertisement.
