      If you see a property that you like but think  the price is to high make an offer at a price you do like.! If you are looking for a house to rehab for rental or sale and want to work with me I can find lots of them. Look at the listings at If you don't have any money, no good credit, and no income but you want to get rich quick you have been watching to much TV.
